Who Is Totalis?
Totalis Consulting Group, Inc. (Totalis) was started by Mr. Sonny Yadav in 1997 with a focus on information technology. Over the years, our focus expanded to business process reengineering, management consultation, and administrative & technical assistance. In 2001, we initiated plans to support government agencies with solutions in the areas of business intelligence, cyber security, engineering, information technology, logistics, operations, and public health. Around the same time, in 2001, Totalis entered the 8(a) program of Small Business Administration (SBA) and soon after procured our first IT contract at Robins Air Force Base, GA.
In 2009, Totalis was afforded a unique opportunity to develop interactive multimedia and e-learning training modules for the United States Marine Corps under the SBA’s 8(a) program. This opportunity opened doors for Totalis to consider training as a dominant offering in our stable of services. We graduated from the 8(a) program in 2009 and continued successfully as a defense contracting company.
To continue our mission to provide training services, Totalis pursued two major training related Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitations for the US Army – OPTARSS II and MCoE – resulting in successful wins of both solicitations as an awardee in the small business suite. Recently, we have been selected as one of the awardees on Special Operations Command (SOCOM) Wide Mission Support (SWMS) Group B small business suite.

Meet Our Team
Sonny believes that no CEO in the world can be successful without having a stellar team of employees. In his opinion, “The leadership provides vision, inspiration and an enjoyable work environment to employees, but it is the employees who in turn take that vision and combine it with self-motivation and hard work to produce exceptional products.” Sonny is proud of his company, his team and what Totalis has accomplished as a successful defense contractor providing quality services to our great country, the United States of America, and ultimately to our soldiers who keep us safe and great!
Sonny’s interests are reading, creative writing, theater and hiking. He is married; has two sons and lives in Alpharetta, GA.
