LEADERSHIP

Sonny founded the company in 1997 and still leads it today. An engineer by training with an MBA in Information Technology, he has spent his career where technology meets the security and business realities of regulated organizations.
It is that same rigor, honed across decades of federal and defense work, that shapes how TISEA reads evidence, weighs risk, and reports to leadership.

Admitted to the SBA program in 2001, and procured our first IT contract at Robins Air Force Base, GA.

Developed interactive e-learning training under our SBA program, which became a core offering and led us further into training and exercise support for the DoD.

Training and exercise support across many U.S. Army installations, including Fort Benning, Georgia, and Special Operations Command in Tampa, Florida.

Today, Totalis operates across two divisions: a federal training and mission-support division serving the U.S. Army and Department of Defense, and a regulatory-technology (RegTech) division building cybersecurity governance-intelligence software for credit unions.
The same rigor we bring to federal and defense programs now powers TISEA: connecting evidence, controls, risk, and reporting into one continuous view of a credit union’s cybersecurity governance.
